We want you to be fully satisfied with your Aduna superfoods; however, due to the nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure the products are securely packed in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch Your Parcel

  Affix the provided return label and drop off your package at any authorized postal location, keeping your proof of postage for tracking purposes.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
